About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-focused security role in Kokomo, Indiana. The officer welcomes and assists visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access control, and helps protect individuals and property. The position also includes patrols, security equipment inspections, incident response, first aid, communication with emergency teams, answering questions, and documenting incidents and security concerns.

Four full-time schedules are listed: Thursday through Sunday, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Thursday through Sunday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.; or Thursday through Monday, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.25. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities
