About The Position
The Concierge Ambassador provides hands-on, hospitality-focused support to residents, helping ensure they feel seen, heard, and cared for. The role supports resident admissions, communicates with family members, responds to non-clinical requests, and reports observations about residents’ mood, engagement, and subtle changes. The Concierge Ambassador also assists the external admissions team with notifying the facility about admissions and completes admission sign-ins and resident consents.
