About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security role at a site in Kirkland or Redmond, Washington. The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access, and helps protect individuals and property. The position also involves patrols, security equipment checks, incident response, first aid, communication with emergency teams, answering questions, and documenting incidents and security concerns.

Two schedules are listed: Thursday–Sunday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m. in Redmond, for 32 hours per week; or Saturday–Wednesday, midnight–8 a.m., for 40 hours per week. Both are described as full-time. The hourly wage is $22.63. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and GardaWorld offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities
