About The Position
Santa Barbara Auto Group is seeking a Concierge/Media Specialist — a polished, people-oriented professional who brings our clients’ experience to life both in-store and online. This unique role blends hospitality, storytelling, and brand representation. You’ll greet clients, capture their delivery moments, and share authentic content across our digital platforms while ensuring every guest feels the elevated service our brand is known for.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable on camera and around luxury clientele.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Basic photography/video and editing skills (smartphone or DSLR).
- Strong sense of luxury service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients during sales and service visits with professionalism and warmth.
- Capture and post-delivery photos/videos that celebrate our clients’ new vehicles.
- Manage and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to feature events, promotions, and dealership updates.
- Maintain a consistent online tone and visual style aligned with our brands.
- Assist with in-store events, brand activations, and hospitality touches.
- Utilize the CRM system to track client interactions, schedule follow-ups, and ensure consistent communication across departments.
