About The Position

Singer Drivers Club (SDC) is a world-class private motorsport and lifestyle club at Willow Springs Raceway. Located in the Mojave Desert, SDC offers members access to six circuits, elite driver coaching, concierge-level service, curated food and beverage, and an outdoor pursuits program. This is a founding-team opportunity to build a club that combines performance, adventure, and community, aiming to rival the finest private clubs nationally. SDC is part of a group of private clubs including Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks, and Crazy Mountain Ranch.

Requirements

• 3+ years in concierge, luxury hospitality, or high-end member / personal services.
• Experience serving a VIP, high-net-worth, or repeat clientele.
• Comfort building processes and vendor relationships from scratch.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Track record of discretion with sensitive information.
• Poise, discretion, and polished written and verbal communication.
• Resourcefulness in a build-as-you-go environment.

Nice To Haves

• Private aviation or luxury travel coordination.
• Familiarity with concierge, member-management, or club management software.
• Experience with IT systems including SmartSheets, TEI, PaceSetter, TripleSeat, and others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate private aviation and FBO logistics, vehicle transport, coaching and track-day reservations, travel, dining, and lifestyle requests.
• Build and maintain member profiles, track preferences and history to deliver personalized experiences.
• Develop and manage the vendor network and operational processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, managing multiple high-priority requests simultaneously.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Source and manage vendor relationships.
• Engage in warm, relationship-driven member interactions, knowing members by name and anticipating their needs.
• Create itineraries for members, guests, and prospective members.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate information on dining, amenities, activities, and events.
• Build member profiles, track preferences, and charge services in a club management system.
• Interface across departments to fulfill member requests.
