About The Position

We are seeking a polished, intuitive Concierge to curate seamless, bespoke journeys for our discerning guests—before and after their voyage. You will anticipate needs, orchestrate exceptional experiences, and deliver service defined by discretion, precision, and excellence. The Orient Express Conciergerie team is an elite department dedicated to the Orient Express Sailing Yachts collection. The Conciergerie team is the point of contact for our discerning guests, curating every detail of their pre-voyage preparations and providing seamless experience pre- and post-voyage. This a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team in the ultra luxury world, sharing your expertise in an inclusive, multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal/written English required, other languages an asset.
  • Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Sailing or Hotels, education or experience is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in luxury sales and/or service required, ultra-luxury is a strong asset
  • Must be able to build rapport effortlessly, and have a proven ability to curate high-end experiences
  • Deep understanding of ultra-luxury travel and elevated guest expectations
  • Ability to discern guest needs and have a proactive mindset
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management software, (ex Salesforce), and digital platforms
  • Meticulously organized, adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, luxury environment
  • Capability to multi-task effectively with extreme attention to detail
  • You must reside in and be working from NB, NS, PEI or QC
  • Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada
  • Must have a suitable workspace and a high-speed, direct internet connection (no wireless or satellite)

Responsibilities

  • Curate highly personalized concierge experiences for our valued clients and guests
  • Design and book bespoke excursions, transfers, and exclusive experiences
  • Anticipate guest preferences and identify refined upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Yacht Operations and Sales for flawless execution
  • Deliver a seamless digital experience through CRM and guest platforms
  • Resolve inquiries with elegance and efficiency, discreetly communicate with management on complex matters
