About The Position
The Concierge/Driver provides safe transportation for residents to events, appointments, and special programs. The position is designed to enhance the lives and nurture the growth of older persons by delivering high-quality service in a cheerful and timely manner. The role is part-time at Wesley Woods in New Albany, Ohio, with a schedule of Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid Ohio Driver's License.
- Must be eligible to drive under Life Enriching Communities' insurance carrier. Drivers must provide a Motor Vehicle Report before employment and upon request after hire.
- At least three years of related transportation experience; experience in a continuing care retirement community, hospital, hotel, or similar facility is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents in a timely manner.
- Assist residents with ambulating and transferring into and out of vehicles and buildings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of facility vehicles, and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
- Report unusual incidents involving a resident to a supervisor upon return.
- Perform personal services for residents, such as pet walking or cleanup and running errands.
