About The Position

Richardson Properties is seeking a professional, energetic, and service-driven Concierge Director to lead our concierge team at one of our luxury apartment communities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys leading teams, building resident relationships, and creating a first-class living experience. As the Concierge Director, you will serve as the face of the community while overseeing daily concierge operations and ensuring residents receive outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and move furniture as needed
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work nights and weekends when required
  • Must meet residency requirements for the community

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule, and supervise the concierge team
  • Create monthly schedules for concierge staff and seasonal team members
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional resident service
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor concierge team members
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident, vendor, and visitor needs
  • Handle resident requests and provide personalized recommendations and assistance
  • Address and resolve resident, guest, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure prompt follow-up
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the community, amenities, and services
  • Follow up on service requests and emergency maintenance requests
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned
