About The Position

Glenmeadow is seeking a receptionist to warmly assist residents and members of the Glenmeadow community. This role is responsible for answering and directing telephone calls, responding to resident questions and concerns, monitoring the security system, performing clerical support duties, and providing transportation assistance as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of customer service, reception experience, or administrative assistant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to stay organized.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a team setting.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills in high-volume settings
  • Consistent exceptional customer service.
  • Strong clerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors, determines nature of visit, and announces visitors.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or resident.
  • Monitor visitors access and issues passes.
  • Assist with the training of new staff.
  • Oversees security cameras.
  • Update resident screens to reflect any daily changes or cancellations, or emergency notices.
  • Fulfills scheduling, service, and activity requests from Glenmeadow residents.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail/packages for residents and Glenmeadow departments.
  • Take payments for services and products.
  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of front desk cash drawer.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • All administrative duties as assigned.
