About The Position
Levy is hiring a Concessions Stand Worker at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The role prepares, presents, and serves food as needed. Levy is partnering with Texas A&M University Athletics to create a food and beverage experience that includes signature menu offerings, grab-and-go locations, and hospitality in premium clubs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
- Transport pans, kettles, and food trays between work stations, stoves, and refrigerators while following safety standards.
- Store food in designated areas using wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
- Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner according to outlined service steps.
- Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
- Follow company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
- Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
