About The Position

Levy is hiring a Barback for its Texas A&M University Athletics partnership in College Station, Texas. The role supports bar operations by receiving and replenishing liquor, beer, and wine; delivering food, beverages, and garnishes to the bar; helping maintain bar supplies and equipment; assisting with beverage service; and keeping bar and lounge areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

Receive liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and as needed.
Replenish liquor, beer, and wine at the bar as needed throughout the shift.
Retrieve food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the bar area.
Retrieve beverages and garnishes from storerooms and deliver them to the bar area.
Set up bottles on the bar, placing top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
Ensure beer taps are working properly.
Place bar snacks on the counter and keep supplies such as snacks and napkins stocked throughout the shift.
Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned.
Bus tables in the bar area.
Keep bar and lounge areas clean and tidy, including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment; sweeping and mopping service areas and floor mats.
Remove rubbish from receptacles.
Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
Perform other duties as assigned.
