About The Position

Serve up festive flavors at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this holiday season! We’re looking for energetic, fun-loving team players to join our Concessions Team during Christmas at the Princess. This is your opportunity to be part of a high-energy team that thrives on delivering magical experiences—one delicious treat at a time! You’ll be part of a dynamic crew that works together seamlessly, shares a passion for guest engagement, and brings festive cheer to life with every snack, sweet, and savory bite. This is a seasonal position with employment running from October 31st through January 10th. Open availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lounge experience preferred
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Serve Fresh Kettle Corn, Donuts, Roasted Nuts
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
