About The Position

Ready to pour some magic into two of the most spectacular seasonal events in Scottsdale? Join the team behind the scenes at Christmas at the Princess — where festive fun meets five-star service! With over 250,000 visitors and national recognition from People Magazine, CNN, and more, these signature celebrations bring unforgettable experiences to life — and we’re looking for energetic, dependable Concession Bartenders to help us deliver the cheer, one cocktail at a time. Reporting to the Resort Experience Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
