About The Position
The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. His “club for mutual improvement” brought together people from all backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time while enjoying life. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. The Junto will be both a destination and a landmark of the area, helping to define and add value to the future of Columbus. This individual brings more than just knowledge of cocktails, limited food menu, and service—they bring holiday cheer, warmth, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. With a strong sense of hospitality and a festive spirit, they help transform the bar into a joyful, welcoming space where every guest feels celebrated during the most wonderful time of the year. This position will primarily support Santa Baby, featuring a standard bar along with a curated menu of holiday cocktails. There is also the potential to work in other experiences throughout the hotel as needed. The individual will be responsible for learning and confidently executing a limited menu of small plates, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficient service throughout the holiday season.

Responsibilities
- Accurately take and enter guests’ cocktail and beverage orders, with attention to details, preferences, and any allergies or restrictions
- Use in-depth knowledge of seasonal and signature holiday cocktails to make confident, personalized recommendations
- Ensure prompt, professional delivery of beverages, coordinating smoothly with bar and floor staff—even during peak holiday rushes and special events
- Contribute to a lively, festive bar environment through upbeat energy and a spirit of celebration
- Support holiday promotions, events, or themed nights by engaging guests and enhancing the overall holiday experience
