About The Position

This is a seasonal position for a Barback, reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations. The role involves providing professional, friendly, and engaging service during the Christmas at the Princess event, which runs from October 31st through January 10th. The Barback will be responsible for understanding event activities and inclusions, setting up side stations, and having knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menu items. Adherence to outlet policies, service standards, and safety/sanitation procedures is crucial. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
