About The Position

This position is for a Concessions Bartender at the Christmas at the Princess seasonal events. The role involves providing five-star service during these signature celebrations, which attract over 250,000 visitors. The bartender will be responsible for serving cocktails and ensuring a positive guest experience during the festive season.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required

Responsibilities

• Seasonal dates of position: October 31st through January 10th
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
