Concessions Lead Supervisor
About The Position
The Lead Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple concession locations and supervising a team of Concessions Supervisors, Stand Leads, and frontline team members during sporting events, concerts, and other entertainment venue operations. This position provides leadership, operational oversight, and support to ensure exceptional guest service, food safety compliance, financial accountability, and efficient execution of food and beverage operations. The Lead Concessions Supervisor serves as a key operational leader, helping drive event success while maintaining company standards and fostering a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Oversee the operation of multiple concession stands and food service locations during events.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Concessions Supervisors and Stand Leads.
- Monitor guest service standards and respond to operational or guest concerns as needed.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, labor deployment, and break management across assigned locations.
- Conduct pre-event meetings and communicate event-specific expectations, goals, and operational updates.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health department, and company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, product distribution, and operational readiness before and during events.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, POS operations, and financial controls.
- Support hiring, training, onboarding, and performance coaching of concession team members.
- Complete operational reports, sales tracking, and post-event summaries.
- Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, retail, premium, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
- Assist management with special projects and operational initiatives
