About The Position

The City of O'Fallon is seeking an organized and customer-focused team member for the position of Concessions Supervisor. This role involves supervising the daily activities within the City's concession stands. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, be familiar with cash handling procedures, possess knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques, be proficient in cash register operations, and have strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays or other irregular hours, as required
• Possess strong skills in computers and data entry
• Have a valid Missouri State driver's license
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques
• Proficiency in cash register operations
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising Concession Workers/Party Hosts
• Restocking products in the concession stand
• Preparing daily cash deposits
• Reports any concession stand equipment issues to managing supervisor
• Participating in daily and annual concession stand cleaning
