About The Position
The City of O'Fallon is seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Concessions Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the City's concession stands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be proficient in cash handling, and possess knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques, cash register operations, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays or other irregular hours, as required
- Possess strong skills in computers and data entry
- Have a valid Missouri State driver's license
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques
- Knowledge of cash register operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervising Concession Workers/Party Hosts
- Restocking products in the concession stand
- Preparing daily cash deposits
- Reports any concession stand equipment issues to managing supervisor
- Participating in daily and annual concession stand cleaning
