About The Position

The Concessions Auditor oversees team member checkout procedures, conducts and records food, beverage, and liquor inventory counts, reviews reports for discrepancies, and maintains accurate operational documentation. The position works closely with management to identify and report inventory variances, ensure proper product control procedures, and maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards. The role also provides operational support during events and assists with reporting, trend analysis, special projects, and audits as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees team member checkout procedures and verifies the accuracy of event documentation.
• Conducts inventory counts for food, beverage, and liquor products.
• Inputs inventory and liquor count data into company tracking systems.
• Reviews inventory reports and identifies discrepancies or variances.
• Reports inventory variances and operational concerns to management.
• Maintains historical audit records and inventory documentation.
• Organizes and manages digital files, reports, and operational records.
• Verifies proper product control procedures and inventory handling practices.
• Assists with end-of-event reconciliation processes and operational reporting.
• Monitors compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
• Supports concession stand operations as needed during events.
• Assists management with special projects, trend analysis, and operational audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned
