About The Position

The Culture Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team and serves as a program lead responsible for the planning, execution, communication, and continuous improvement of employee culture, engagement, recognition, and experience initiatives. This position exercises independent judgment in coordinating and administering multiple programs and serves as a primary point of contact for employee experience initiatives across the stadium. The Culture Coordinator oversees day-to-day operations associated with culture and engagement programs, provides leadership and direction to the part-time Employee Experience Ambassador team, and partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered effectively and consistently.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Guest Services or customer services relations preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
  • Additional experience may be substituted for education
  • Highly developed verbal, written and e-mail communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Knowledge of ABI or other timekeeping system strongly preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated public speaking ability, including confidence and professionalism when speaking in front of large crowds, executive audiences, and on television or other broadcast/media platforms.
  • Ability to serve as a professional and engaging representative of Legends Global in high-visibility settings.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects.

  • Ability to operate presentation and audio/visual equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives for stadium employees, ensuring programs align with organizational culture and employee experience objectives.
  • Create and maintain program calendars, timelines, communication plans, and execution strategies.
  • Plan and lead employee activities, events, meetings, presentations, and other culture-focused experiences.
  • Collect and analyze employee experience data, including monthly and annual surveys, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create reports, presentations, and recommendations based on employee experience data for the Training & Culture Manager and leadership.
  • Create employee communications and promotional materials to support culture and engagement programs.
  • Evaluate program results and recommend improvements to increase participation, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Welcome Center and Reward Center.
  • Create processes and standards to keep both areas organized, prepared, and aligned with employee experience goals.
  • Manage inventory, identify purchasing needs, and coordinate restocking with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee staffing, event preparation, supplies, materials, and documentation.
  • Identify operational issues and independently implement solutions or process improvements within established guidelines.
  • Ensure both centers provide a consistent, welcoming, and engaging employee experience.
  • Manage coordination of the employee meal program with internal stakeholders and external partners to support event-day operations.
  • Establish and communicate meal requirements, schedules, quantities, and logistics to appropriate partners and staff.
  • Monitor program execution and proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect the employee experience.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to address service concerns and identify opportunities to improve the program.
  • Lead the administration and ongoing execution of the Top Flight Poker Chip Recognition Program for part-time employees.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and leaders regarding program guidelines, recognition opportunities, and reward redemption.
  • Oversee the distribution and fulfillment of redeemed rewards and gifts.
  • Monitor inventory and proactively manage ordering of chips, rewards, and program supplies.
  • Evaluate program participation and recommend enhancements to increase employee engagement and recognition.
  • Lead the quarterly High-Flyers recognition process from nomination through final recognition.
  • Develop and execute communications to solicit nominations from partner leaders and track submissions.
  • Coordinate winner selection processes, photographs, recognition materials, and communications.
  • Manage ordering and fulfillment of certificates, gift cards, awards, and related recognition items.
  • Develop and coordinate recognition presentations and employee-facing materials.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including rooms, technology, audio/visual equipment, supplies, and presentation materials.
  • Track attendance, participation, and completion and provide reports to leadership.
  • Evaluate training and presentation experiences and recommend improvements.
  • Create engaging marketing and communication materials to promote culture, recognition, training, and employee experience programs.
  • Use Canva and other design tools to create flyers, digital communications, presentations, signage, social content, recognition materials, and other employee-facing materials.
  • Create visual content that reflects the Legends Global brand and supports employee engagement.
  • Independently manage multiple programs, projects, deadlines, and priorities with limited daily supervision.
  • Set priorities, timelines, workflows, and processes needed to successfully run assigned programs.
  • Maintain accurate program records, calendars, tracking systems, budgets, documentation, and reports.
  • Review program information and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to the Training & Culture Manager.
  • Work with internal departments, partner leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve program goals.
  • Use good judgment to resolve routine and complex operational issues and escalate matters that require leadership involvement.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and oversight to part-time Employee Experience Ambassadors.
  • Assess staffing needs and coordinate Ambassador resources based on business and event requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, participation, performance, and adherence to established expectations.
  • Assist with payroll-related information and review processes for part-time team members.
  • Address routine performance and attendance matters and escalate significant performance or employee relations concerns to the Training & Culture Manager and/or Human Resources.
