About The Position

This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, acting as a cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness and stock of the café and lobby area. The Concessionaire is expected to provide excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, and handle all equipment with care. Flexibility in shifts and a willingness to help where needed are important. This position requires comfortability in direct customer service and working with the general public in a fast-paced environment. Management reserves the right to revise job duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely manner using standard formulas and direction.
• Act as cashier by processing payments in the form of cash, gift cards, or credit card in exchange for café items.
• Demonstrate outstanding selling and people skills by building rapport with customers.
• Contribute to general cleanliness of the café and lobby area; keep the café stocked with product.
• Handle all equipment with care.
• Clock in, and be up front, with hands washed, ready to work, at your scheduled time.
• Special assignments as designated by Manager.
