About The Position

The Concession Cart Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of condiment carts at AT&T Stadium during events. This position supports concession operations by ensuring condiment stations are properly supplied, sanitary, and ready for service throughout each event. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a positive guest experience in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work AT&T Stadium events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout an event.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate supply needs, and respond to changing operational priorities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• The position may require approximately 20 event dates per season.

Responsibilities

• Stock condiment carts with condiment packets, service kits, napkins, and other designated supplies.
• Refill and maintain ketchup and mustard dispensers in accordance with applicable food safety and sanitation standards.
• Routinely clean and sanitize carts, dispensers, and service areas, promptly addressing spills and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels throughout events and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
• Assist with restocking and other concession operations as directed by leadership during peak service periods.
• Collect, clean, and properly store condiment dispensers and related equipment in designated areas following each event.
• Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional, service-oriented attitude when interacting with guests and fellow team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
