About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator with locations in major airports and travel hubs nationwide. We proudly operate multiple Starbucks locations, delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments. We are looking for a strong, hands-on Starbucks Concept Manager to support and oversee operations across our Orlando International Airport locations.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain airport security clearance (background check required)
• Must have valid identification and work authorization

Nice To Haves

• Previous Starbucks or coffee concept management experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple locations/teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability (including weekends, holidays, early mornings/late nights)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across assigned Starbucks locations
• Partner with store leadership to ensure brand standards, service, and product quality are consistently executed
• Coach and develop Co-Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas
• Step in as needed to support operations on the floor in high-volume situations
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks standards, food safety, and company policies
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training across locations
• Help drive performance, accountability, and team engagement
