Concept Architect Design
About The Position
Create original, imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives. Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas. Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and design trends to create innovative solutions. Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments of concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations. Prepare and present concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Revise concept designs in response to client feedback or changing project requirements. Produce 2D and 3D renderings using rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
