About The Position

Provides on-site technical support and assistance by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks. Conducts network performance evaluations, checks conference room equipment, supports end-user devices, and ensures compliance with USACE IT policies. Assists with IT equipment disposal training and supports onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Must have good technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Must have training or experience with IT equipment setup and maintenance.
Possesses good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must be capable working with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be US Citizen.
DoD Secret Clearance preferred but we can process for one if they do not have one.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator)
Familiarity with USACE IT environment and policies is a plus.
