About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Computer Support Technician with at least two years of experience to join their team in Raleigh. The role involves providing desktop support for approximately 80 PC workstations in the Raleigh office, as well as some remote support for smaller offices in the DC Metro and Atlanta areas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of desktop support experience.
  • Experience working with Windows 11.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing support tickets.
  • Experience communicating status of issues and high-priority cases to users and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Experience with installing and troubleshooting Autodesk Products.
  • Experience working with and deploying Office 365.
  • Strong customer service skills.
