Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, including start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues across a wide range of devices (handhelds, desktops, RF equipment).
- Ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders.
- Manage system access and data security for all facility team members.
- Monitor and reduce equipment damage and replacement costs.
- Maintain inventory of essential tech supplies like labels for order selectors.
