About The Position

The Computer Night Operator is responsible for completing daily and nightly operational duties for the Cornerstone Bank Technology Center. The role involves monitoring computer systems and related equipment and processing reports and data files. The operator is expected to build and maintain strong customer and employee relationships, provide unmatched customer service, and uphold Cornerstone Bank’s culture, core values, and mission.

The schedule rotates Monday through Friday, either 3:30–9:30 p.m. or 3:30–8:00 p.m., averaging 26–29 hours per week. The employer is willing to train an individual who is interested in learning.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to interact with management and co-workers.
• Sound judgment, courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.
