Provide direct support to internal customers by diagnosing and resolving complex software, hardware, network, and peripheral issues. Assist with managing the installation and upgrade of internal hardware and software, including Operating System (OS) upgrades and IT-specific software. Additionally, assists with the deployment and upgrade of computer networks for major statewide initiatives (such as OHEP and Q-Less). Stay abreast of the latest technology to develop and implement creative and innovative solutions for the Department of Human Services Information Systems (DHSIS).
