About The Position

The Compliance Support Analyst will perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance activities across assigned operations. This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and documentation. The analyst will conduct routine inspections and internal audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions. Additionally, they will assist with the preparation of regulatory reports, permits, and submissions, and help coordinate EHS training programs while tracking employee participation. The position also requires collecting, analyzing, and reporting compliance data to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure consistent adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices. Maintaining current knowledge of relevant environmental and safety regulations, participating in incident investigations, and supporting cross-functional projects related to risk reduction, sustainability, and regulatory compliance are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Industrial Health, Safety, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in environmental health and safety, with a focus on regulations and compliance.
  • Active Secret clearance with the potential to upgrade to TS/SCI.
