About The Position
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support billing operations, compliance reporting, and data analysis within a home care services environment. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Sandata, providing support for billing processes, regulatory reporting, operational inquiries, and system-related analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sandata experience and be able to contribute immediately with minimal training.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Sandata required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HHA Exchange strongly preferred.
- Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or billing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support billing operations using Sandata.
- Generate regulatory, compliance, and operational reports.
- Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Serve as the primary resource for Sandata-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Support system transition activities related to HHA Exchange.
