About The Position

MB2 Dental is hiring a Dental Compliance Specialist to support assigned dental practices across multiple states. The role provides compliance guidance and assistance with regulatory initiatives, reviews, inspections, and audits. The specialist partners with practice teams to maintain required documentation, training, and regulatory compliance; coordinates with approved vendors on equipment testing, maintenance, and related services; analyzes compliance data; and provides training and coaching on compliance and operational best practices. Travel to supported practices is required as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Dental Assistant experience.
• Active Texas RDA license.
• Valid Radiology certification.
• Open to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of state-by-state regulations.
• Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control.
• Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations.

Nice To Haves

• Lead RDA/EFDA experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compliance resource for assigned dental practices across multiple states.
• Support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, infection control, and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assist offices in preparing for inspections and audits.
• Partner with practice teams to ensure required documentation, training, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with approved vendors regarding equipment testing, maintenance, and compliance-related services.
• Analyze compliance-related data and support initiatives that improve regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
• Deliver training and coaching to doctors, office leaders, and clinical team members on compliance and operational best practices.
• Travel to supported practices as needed.
