About The Position

The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for the execution and enhancement of compliance programs that support Reprise’s overall compliance strategy. In this role you will oversee a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective monitoring activities and quality control reviews to maintain ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements. This role will partner cross‑functionally to ensure new and existing initiatives align with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a BA or BS in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a compliance‑focused financial services environment.
  • Managerial or team leadership experience in a compliance role is highly valued.
  • Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Strong command of regulations and requirements relevant to the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated strength in analysis, critical thinking, and sound decision‑making.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership presence and commitment to delivering high-quality, timely work.
  • Works seamlessly across teams and functions while also thriving in independent work.
  • Track record of driving successful compliance initiatives and programs.
  • High ethical standards and unwavering commitment to maintaining organizational compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance professional(s)and develop strategies that support monitoring functions and ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Identify workflow gaps, recommend improvements, and create procedures to reduce errors.
  • Detect, document, and analyze data to identify potential risks or non‑conformities.
  • Train staff on quality control standards and compliance procedures to maintain high accuracy.
  • Develop, update, and communicate compliance resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and investigations to resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders on compliance monitoring activities.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, including compliance policies (UDAAP, BSA/AML, etc.), IT policies, and the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
