The Program Compliance Manager role is responsible for the management of casual staff and their employment relationships. In coordination with the Director, this role ensures program compliance with Ministry standards and policies, and that orders are actioned to the satisfaction of the Ministry within stated timelines. The Salvation Army has served people in need in communities across Canada and Bermuda for over 130 years, helping over 2 million people annually with necessities like food, clothing, and shelter, and supporting those experiencing unemployment, addiction, and family challenges.
