Compliance Program Manager

Superhuman•San Francisco, CA
•$133,000 - $182,500•Hybrid

About The Position

The Compliance Program Manager will run Superhuman’s unified audit program, coordinating quarterly audit activities across SOC 2, the ISO 27000 family, ISO 42001, and other certifications. The role works with audit firms, GRC Partners, and control owners across the company, and plans new audits as Superhuman expands into additional frameworks, platforms, and regions. It also conducts gap assessments to identify the work required for each expansion before decisions are made. The role builds the audit operating model and runbook and drives automation to streamline evidence collection, reuse evidence across frameworks where possible, simplify requests to control owners, and reduce effort in each audit cycle. Building with AI tools is a normal part of the work, with appropriate human oversight. This is an individual-contributor program management role requiring clear communication, management of competing priorities, and an interest in simplifying complex processes. Superhuman uses a hybrid working model combining focus time with in-person collaboration.
