About The Position

As Compliance Counsel for Rare Tumors and Operations, you will combine strategic compliance counseling with hands-on support for critical compliance program activities. In addition to advising business partners on healthcare compliance requirements, you will play a key role in supporting transparency reporting, investigations, training, and monitoring programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence business decisions, strengthen compliance processes, and help foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

Requirements

BA/BS degree
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in a Legal or Compliance function with a multi-national organization with specialization in pharmaceutical compliance, law and regulations.
Senior level collaborator with ability to influence and gain buy in at the leadership level
Established reputation for excellence in traits such as credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and trust
Collaboratively work across departments and geographies and encourage teamwork that respects backgrounds and culture diversity

Nice To Haves

J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
US & Global experience strongly preferred
