Compliance Lead

InspectedPlantation, FL

About The Position

Inspected is a fast-growing, tech-enabled construction technology company revolutionizing remote inspections and permitting for the construction industry. We serve homebuilders, HVAC, solar, roofing, pool, and commercial and residential contractors across Florida, Texas, and Tennessee — with North Carolina and additional markets coming soon. We are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies with 100% growth for three consecutive years. Our proprietary platform, Permit Hub, is transforming a process that once took months into one that takes days. This is a high-energy, high-growth environment where every team member makes a real and visible impact on our customers and our mission. POSITION SUMMARY The Compliance Lead provides day-to-day regulatory leadership for municipal registration, jurisdiction activation, multi-state expansion, and operational compliance. This position reviews legal and regulatory requirements, resolves workflow conflicts, approves activation readiness, directs escalations, and ensures that internal teams receive accurate and actionable guidance. As Inspected expands rapidly into Texas and North Carolina, the Compliance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring every new jurisdiction is activated correctly, compliantly, and efficiently — and that the team has the structure, SOPs, and guidance to scale without introducing regulatory risk.
