The Compliance Enhancement Coordinator (CEC) is responsible for ensuring that all KenCCID’s Individuals and employees are in a safe and healthy environment. This professional oversees the incident management system and is responsible for all incidents being reported, documented and investigated in a timely manner. The CEC is responsible for maintaining the standards of quality including reliability, functionality, effectiveness, efficiency and performance of services provided to the Individuals. The CEC is part of the compliance team and is responsible for ensuring that business and daily activities are conducted legally and in full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and other federal laws, as well as Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), PA Title 55, §6400 and §6100 regulations, and Subchapter Q §6000.961 regulations. The CEC position is a full-time exempt salaried position. This professional is expected to oversee KenCCID’s compliance with the state’s incident management system, proactively work to avoid incidents that must be reported, and works to educate all staff regarding the elimination of abuse and neglect for our Individuals. This position reports to the Compliance Manager, and works collaboratively with the Program Director, Human Resources (HR) Director, the Training Manager, and other KenCCID staff.
