At Azura Memory Care, we're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. Requirements

• Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)
• Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and basic computer skills
• A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive

Responsibilities

• Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
• Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
• Coordinate Memory Cafe and dementia education programs
• Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
• Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day
