About The Position

Rite of Passage is hiring a Compliance Coordinator/Staff Trainer at the Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center in Lewisville, Arkansas. The center serves at-risk young males in a structured setting focused on self-discipline, self-respect, education, personal growth, and motivation. The position offers an opportunity to help create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth while contributing to their development and success.

The advertised annual pay is $48,000, with the possibility of an increase based on education and years of experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least four years of experience in auditing and training (listed as preferred in the posting).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Meet requirements to become an ROP-eligible driver, including having an active driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
• Knowledge of CARF.
