About The Position

Park West Health System (PWHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Compliance Coordinator & Site Liaison to join our leadership support team. This unique role serves as a key partner in supporting organizational compliance, patient concerns, risk management, safety initiatives, and site operations. The position works closely with executive leadership and plays an important role in ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to patient concerns, supporting accreditation readiness, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations at our Men & Family Health Center (MFHC). Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, compliance, operations, risk management, quality, executive support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare, FQHC, hospital, or regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience supporting accreditation, compliance, risk management, patient relations, or quality improvement activities.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission, HRSA, FTCA, HIPAA, or other healthcare regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate Compliance, Risk Management, Safety, and other organizational committees.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and leadership workflow priorities.
  • Assist with policy and procedure development, revisions, and distribution.
  • Support organizational readiness for Joint Commission, FTCA, HRSA, and other regulatory reviews.
  • Maintain records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient complaints, grievances, concerns, and incidents.
  • Ensure concerns are documented, tracked, investigated, and resolved in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Prepare reports, trend analyses, and summaries for leadership review.
  • Support initiatives that improve the patient experience and reduce organizational risk.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections, environmental rounds, and hazard surveillance activities.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness and Environment of Care (EOC) initiatives.
  • Support quality improvement, compliance, and risk reduction efforts across the organization.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and follow-up activities related to safety and compliance findings.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for the Men & Family Health Center.
  • Coordinate facility-related concerns, maintenance requests, repairs, and landlord communications.
  • Monitor office operations and support vendor and facility service coordination.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Support site safety, security, and access control processes.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
