About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise MACVs compliance and data management team, overseeing staff members in related positions. This position will lead MACV in grant monitoring, reporting, and compliance. This also includes identifying any compliance concerns, making recommendations for improvement of organizational compliance, and coordinating efforts to implement compliance improvement plans. This position will work to improve data integrity throughout the organization and compile data to identify themes, strengths, and deficiencies within the client management system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a compliance or data related setting.
  • Good organizational skills to support staff in meeting performance outcomes and maintain consistency and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Ability to diplomatically address staff about training and compliance issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous organizational changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet and track various reports and initiatives.
  • Self-starter initiative to launch new program components.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise MACVs compliance and data management team, providing team support, guidance, and training.
  • Provide support to staff as it relates to their role in data management, community coordination, and service delivery.
  • Lead the organization in its grant monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
  • Coordinate efforts related to improving programmatic data integrity and program compliance assurance.
  • Assist with the identification and execution of system improvements in the client management system (Salesforce).
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support staff statewide on technical, programmatic, and grant execution.
  • Provide oversight and approval for individual financial assistance, ensuring stewardship of MACV funding.
  • Conduct bi-annual programmatic training throughout the organization to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of client services and grant compliance.
  • Assist with audits for MACVs philanthropic and government grants.
  • Analyze reporting and data to identify themes, strengths, and deficiencies in program data to inform system and processes improvements and training needs.
  • Develop, conduct, and lead periodic audits of internal information and create reports to display successes and address any identified issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to programmatic eligibility, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop procedural, policy, and training documents for staff to reference when utilizing funding mechanisms.
  • Act as a point of contact to leadership for all issues and questions related to grant compliance, eligibility, and data accuracy related to government, funder, and internal audits.
  • Manage a repository of grant and compliance reports.
  • Develop a standardized procedure for the internal client management system (Salesforce).
