About The Position

Mandarich Law Group is hiring a Compliance Analyst for its Chicago, Illinois; Williamsville, New York; Lake Mary, Florida; or Kennesaw, Georgia office. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the respective time zone. The Compliance Analyst works closely with the Firm’s Compliance Team to support the organization’s compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations, and best practices. The role focuses on managing consumer disputes, verification-of-debt requests, fraud claims, and hardship claims, including tracking, reporting, organizing, and supporting timely resolution in accordance with firm and client directives and requirements. The analyst also monitors compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Minimum two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance, or complaint/dispute management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage consumer disputes, verification-of-debt requests, fraud claims, and hardship claims, including initial review and entry into the firm’s system of record.
Monitor the status of assigned matters and ensure timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Support the Compliance Team in facilitating the organization’s compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and organization of consumer matters.
