About The Position

Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and rollout of the firm’s IT control framework within the one of the groups. Gather data from multiple internal sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting. Build and maintain IT control reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics using Excel and Power BI. Analyze trends and operational control performance to help identify improvement areas and enhance IT control maturity. Automate recurring reporting workflows and document processes to ensure repeatability and audit readiness.

Requirements

IT Control Framework Development
Control Testing
Experience with IT compliance automation, workflow tools, or visualization platforms.
Familiarity with SOX technology controls, operational risk, or technology governance.
Understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and control evidence lifecycle.
Strong communication skills for partnering with technology, risk, ops, and compliance stakeholders.
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain high standards of precision and documentation quality.
