About The Position

The Compliance Agent helps keep Premium Parking operations safe, organized, and accessible. The role combines customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness to maintain a positive parking experience and support compliance with posted parking regulations. Shifts vary, with the most likely schedule being 11 a.m.–7 p.m.; weekends are required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort using handheld devices and basic technology; training is provided.
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
• Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check.
• Strong judgment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high operational standards.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parking, compliance, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots for compliance with posted parking rules.
• Issue parking invoices and document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions, parking information, and general support.
• Inspect properties for maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues.
• Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity.
• Help keep parking equipment, signage, and pay stations visible and in good condition.
• Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
