Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Compliance, the Compliance Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining the compliance of all subsidy contracts (HUD Section 8, Section 8 Vouchers – SFHA, CoC, etc.) current for existing properties in TNDC’s portfolio. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maximizing rent revenue and managing contract rent increases based on the regulatory program and related compliance requirements specific to each property. The Compliance Administrator position will keep current with industry changes to the Section 8 Renewal Guide and other regulatory updates which may impact the work to be carried out.
