About The Position

The Complex Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple hotel properties within a designated portfolio. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and maximizing occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and overall market share. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced in hotel sales.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience, with multi-property or “complex” sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, revenue management, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and hotel sales software (e.g., Delphi, PS, Lightspeed, OnQ/FSPMS/Opera)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for two hotels to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, group, and event segments.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while actively prospecting new clients.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with property-level teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the hotels.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and company policies across all properties.
