Requirements

Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.
Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
Interest in joining a very progressive company.
Proven experience leading teams to success.
Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs.
