About The Position

Rentyl Resorts is seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Management to develop commercial strategies for a diverse hospitality portfolio in Central Florida, including branded hotel resorts, vacation-home cottages, and RV & outdoor hospitality properties. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage pricing and distribution across different demand segments (group, transient hotel, cabins, RV sites, outdoor travel) with significant leadership visibility. The position reports to the VP of Revenue and collaborates with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership. This is a hybrid role, based in either the Orlando or Boca Raton area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years in hotels or resorts.
  • 4+ years focused specifically on revenue management.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue across multiple properties or a full region.
  • Fluency in RMS platforms (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Newbook).
  • Proficiency in PMS systems.
  • Analytical rigor to support decisions with statistical and competitive data.
  • Sharp command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to translate data into leadership-ready stories.
  • Comfortable adjusting strategy in real-time as market conditions shift.
  • Strong presence to influence General Managers and senior leadership.
  • Effective communication skills to convey revenue strategy to non-revenue audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with independent (non-branded) hotel operations.
  • Direct experience with RV resorts, outdoor hospitality, or vacation-home/cottage rental management.
  • CRME certification or equivalent professional revenue management credential.

Responsibilities

  • Own the forecasting engine for short- and long-term demand, group and transient pace, occupancy, and rate trends across a multi-property, multi-product portfolio.
  • Set pricing, allocate inventory, and maintain rate parity across all distribution channels, including OTAs, wholesale, direct bookings, and RV-specific platforms.
  • Identify and capitalize on market-mix opportunities, such as new segments, channel shifts, and packaging, to increase revenue without inflating acquisition costs.
  • Partner with GMs, Sales, and Marketing to translate portfolio strategy into property-specific actions and represent revenue management on the executive committee.
  • Manage the Revenue Management System (RMS) and reporting stack, establishing standards for data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Build, coach, and develop the revenue team, creating a succession plan for future talent.
